Welcome to the faith Formation Program at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Shrine. Our program serves children in 1st through 8th grades. It is our privilege to help your child grow in their faith as they develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our 2023 - 2024 Faith Formation Program will be held in person beginning on Tuesday, September 26^th, 2023, at JPII School on Warwick Road in Stratford. Classes will be Tuesday afternoon from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. More information is available by calling the Faith Formation office at (856) 435 – 6011.
